Vanigar Technologies Pvt Ltd (Bengaluru, India) is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through Vanigar.

What we process & why

We process your account, usage and billing data to provide the research service, deliver alerts, secure your account and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on the consent you give when you create an account and use the product.

Your rights as a Data Principal

• Access a summary of the personal data we process about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data when it’s no longer needed for the stated purpose.
• Withdraw consent and nominate a person to exercise your rights.
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint and have it addressed.

Data location & retention

Your data is stored in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can export or delete your data from inside the app at any time.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls and short-lived authentication tokens — to protect your data.
